Nigehbaan means guardian. We take the name seriously.
Every trip passes through layers of checks: people, technology and a live operations room. If one layer misses something, the next one catches it.
Our own staff, checked
Drivers and attendants are employed by Nigehbaan, police checked, trained and reviewed by parents after trips.
Selfie before every trip
The driver's face is matched to their profile before the trip unlocks. After 3 failed tries, ops must approve.
One person, one phone
The staff app runs only on the registered company phone. Nobody can send someone else in their place.
Two GPS signals
We track both the driver's phone and a tracker fitted in the van. If they disagree, we know at once.
A woman in every van
A trained female attendant rides on every route. She handles boarding, school drop-off and home handover.
Approved guardians only
Children are handed only to guardians you add, checked by photo and a 4-digit code. No guardian? Ops calls you first.
Nobody left behind
The trip can't close until every child is marked as dropped or absent, and the van is checked empty.
SOS and a live ops room
Staff and parents reach our ops team in one tap. Every alert is logged and followed up.
Why two GPS signals matter
A phone can be left in a van, or carried away from it. The tracker is fixed inside the vehicle. We compare both, all the time.
- Gap of more than a few hundred metres raises an alert
- Ops calls the driver and can stop the trip
- Parents are told if anything changes
The attendant marks arrival, and the countdown starts on your phone too.
Fair to every family on the route
The van waits up to 3 minutes at each stop. That keeps every child on time, and you always know exactly how long you have.
- Countdown visible to you live
- Call the attendant from the same screen
- If time runs out, you get an alert and options right away
Safe rides to work, and home again
Our office routes carry women only, with a female attendant on board and live trip sharing for family.
Women-only vans
Office routes are planned for women employees only.
Family can follow
Share a live link so someone at home sees the ride.
Help in one tap
SOS and ops calls from the app, at any time of the ride.
